I realised being a supervisor is really sad and tiring...

You have to come even on Sundays!

So you really must have true passion and love for the F&B industry... in fact, working at Ikea has made me realise how great running a restaurant can be. A truely popular restaurant is almost immortal, everyone constantly keeps coming in. The crowd never sleeps!

EVERYONE, down to the last one is important.

If the bussers slack, the dish washing peeps can't perform their jobs efficiently and then the ones doing all the cutlery shall face the wrath of the customers!!!! Scary.

And the customers should be more considerate too....

I mean, take what you need... Some of them take so many cutlery and never use them! And they take their own sweet time to sit down and eat. Hurry up a little man. People are all desperate for a seat.

Oh well.

Singaporeans.

Bah.
